Attention to detail in guest services.

My room faced a serious cleanliness issue, as the outdated bathroom facilities were unpleasant, and the overall hotel regularly reeked of sewage.

The hotel is pleasant and clean, the staff are exceptional, location is unbeatable close to highway & metro stop. The twin room is silent and has a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar and central heating. Hot dishes can be found in the authentic restaurant.

Functional rooms with modern furnishings, free Wi-Fi and private bathroom, relatively quiet location...

Ideal choice for a short weekend trip in Naples with excellent value for money. The breakfast included some delicious pastries and great coffee. Don't miss the local grocery store nearby for quick snacks.

Very helpful staff both at reception desk and breakfast and nothing was trouble for them. The room I got was good sized and stylish, complete with clean bathroom and free Wi-Fi, as for instance, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great place for a solo traveler! Room had tv, minibar, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the soundproofing and air conditioning. Spa facilities were nice too. Breakfast was a tasty continental buffet with pastries and coffee. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to public transport.

The hotel boasts a prime location with easy access to public transport. Highlights include a safe parking area and daily room cleaning, which contributed to a pleasant stay. The absence of bath soap and body lotion in the bathroom was a notable oversight. Noise from the street could also be disruptive, especially on higher floors, which slightly detracted from the experience.

Convenient & comfy stay

The location was super close to the train station, a game changer for exploring Naples. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the daily tidy-up from housekeeping. The breakfast spread had some yummy pastries that hit the spot! Just wish the bed was a bit softer for my back.

Wi-Fi was decent, and staff allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. AC worked well, but took time to cool.

The location is conveniently close to public transportation. The staff displayed commendable professionalism and were always eager to help with queries. The area surrounding the hotel appeared somewhat run-down and the absence of amenities like tea-making facilities in the room was a drawback. It was disappointing that I had a dual charge on arrival, which complicated the check-in experience and created unnecessary confusion.
